How it Went
Stunt #1
Julie & Shawnie were first, Shawnie was in the helicopter and Julie was hanging underneath. Shawnie dropped Julie close to the buoy and also got close to her buoy when she jumped. They got tired, but managed to complete the stunt in 2:58. Erin & Desiree were up second. Erin dropped Desiree, but she dropped her too early and Desiree had to swim extra distance. Erin landed right next to her buoy. They were both exhausted, but completed the stunt in 4:30. Nathan & Matthew were next; Matthew would be pulling the rip cord. He dropped Nathan right at the buoy, and also dropped close to his buoy. By the time they reached the platform, Nathan was exhausted and Matthew had to pull him up. They set the new fast time with 2:39. Ryan & Andy were last, and Andy was hanging from the helicopter. They both landed near their buoys, but Ryan started off swimming the wrong way after collecting his flag. This mistake narrowly cost them the victory. Their time was 2:42. Nathan & Matthew had won the $20,000 Capital One card.

Stunt #2
Nathan & Matthew were first, and sang one of their band's songs before doing the stunt. Once they had filled the glass, Matthew drank half of it and switched places with Nathan. Nathan could not finish it, and switched places with Matthew again. They both came close to puking many times, but Matthew finished the shake in 13:08. Erin & Desiree were second. They filled the glass, but neither one could manage to drink it. They quit, and were eliminated. Since all the remaining teams had to do was complete the stunt, the team with the fastest time would get to pick the order in the next stunt. Ryan & Andy were next. After filling the glass, Ryan started the shake and traded places halfway through. Andy finished the shake in 28:53. Julie & Shawnie refused to attempt the stunt and were eliminated. Nathan & Matthew had won twice in a row.

Stunt #3
Since this was an elimination stunt and only two teams remained, the team that won this stunt would win $25,000 and both teams would return for the finals to compete for the remaining $25,000. Since they got the best time in the previous stunt, Nathan & Matthew chose Ryan & Andy to go first. Ryan was fastened to the ground and Andy was dropping into the tank. Andy got 6 flags in 1:14. Nathan & Matthew were next. Matthew was going to be fastened to the floor and Nathan was going in the tank. Nathan had trouble clipping the flags onto his harness and only got 2 flags before running out of air. Ryan & Andy won the $25,000.

Stunt #4
Since they got the most flags on the previous stunt, Ryan & Andy got to choose the order. They picked Nathan & Matthew to go first. Matthew would be starting out on top of the semi, and Nathan would be chained inside the tanker. Matthew had a hard time getting the key and got Nathan unchained at around 2:50. Matthew shimmied across the truck and successfully planted the pole. Nathan's bathing suit came off as he exited the tanker, but this did not deter him from crawling across the tanker and planting the flag. Nathan & Matthew's final time was 4:13. Ryan & Andy were next, Andy was on the semi and Ryan was chained in the tanker. Andy also had trouble getting the key, but managed to free Ryan at around 2:25. Andy got the pole planted, but Ryan lost the flag because Andy had accidentally unhooked it when he got the key. Ryan finally found the flag with only seconds to spare. He moved quickly, but he completed the stunt in 4:40. Ryan & Andy were going home with the $25,000 they had won in the previous stunt, but Nathan & Matthew had claimed the title of Twins Fear Factor Champions and were going home with a total of $45,000.
